EXPERIMENTAL CAPABILITIES
The 'Mini2P Bundle' is a fully
equipped 2-photon miniscope system that is ready to scan including the computer
with software installed.
It can be delivered with or without a 920 nm laser.
This setup is perfect for labs ready to start with 2-photon imaging
who want to
avoid obtaining Mini2P parts individually. It allows for large-scale,
high-speed neuronal imaging across multiple planes,
with the capability to
image over 1,000 neurons in freely moving animals. Its adaptable,
lightweight
design supports a variety of behavioral tasks such as navigation and social
interaction, while maintaining image stability.
The system is easily integrated
with other recording and stimulation technologies for versatile research
applications.
